About Us

We’re not just building software—we’re creating a category-defining cybersecurity brand that moves as fast as the threats it defends against. Our brand isn’t an afterthought—it’s a strategic advantage.

Now, we’re assembling a world-class, in-house Brand & Creative team, and we’re looking for a Motion Graphics Designer / Video Editor with AI expertise and a strong foundation in graphic design to help push creative boundaries.

If you know how to craft stunning motion work, edit high-impact brand videos, and integrate AI-powered tools into your workflow to move faster and smarter, this role is yours to shape.

The Role

This is not a traditional motion graphics role. You’ll be at the frontier of creative technology—combining AI-powered image generation, motion automation, and video storytelling to build a brand that feels modern, dynamic, and impossible to ignore.

You'll work across motion, video editing, and AI-assisted design—concepting, animating, and fine-tuning brand storytelling for product launches, brand campaigns, and IPO-stage growth.

From generative AI visuals to hyper-polished animation, you’ll be the person who makes every frame, every transition, and every visual moment count.

What You’ll Do

  • Create next-level motion graphics & video content—from short-form social to brand films, product explainers, and event experiences.
  • Harness AI-powered tools (Runway, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Kaiber, etc.) to generate imagery, automate workflows, and push creative possibilities.
  • Edit high-quality videos—refining raw footage, adding motion elements, and crafting stories that make complex cybersecurity ideas compelling.
  • Develop branded motion templates & systems to scale content creation across teams while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Experiment with AI-assisted animation—using automation, AI-generated assets, and next-gen visual techniques to increase speed without sacrificing quality.
  • Collaborate with designers, strategists, and marketers to build brand assets that move beyond static visuals into dynamic experiences.
  • Design beyond motion—when needed, flexing into graphic design for landing pages, decks, and brand materials.
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI & motion trends, ensuring our brand remains at the cutting edge of digital storytelling.

Who You Are

  • A motion-first creative with a deep design foundation. You can animate, edit, and design with equal confidence.
  • 3–6 years of experience in motion design, video editing, and AI-assisted creative workflows.
  • Expert in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma.
  • AI-native or AI-curious: You’ve worked with, tested, or are eager to master AI-powered design & motion tools.
  • Comfortable blending traditional animation with AI-powered techniques to scale creative output.
  • A problem-solver: You use AI not as a shortcut but as a multiplicative force for creativity.
  • Capable of working fast without sacrificing craft.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or complex technical storytelling
  • Have worked with generative AI in motion design (Runway, Kaiber, Stable Diffusion for video, etc.)
  • Have built automated motion design systems for social or marketing teams
  • Have experience in 3D animation or AI-powered 3D workflows
  • Know how to balance human creativity with AI assistance

Why This Role Matters

The future of brand storytelling isn’t just visual—it’s intelligent. AI isn’t replacing great creativity—it’s amplifying it. You’ll help shape how we integrate motion, AI, and automation into a brand built for the next era.

Perks & Benefits

  • Competitive salary + pre-IPO equity
  • Flexible work setup (remote-first, global offices)
  • Health, vision, and dental
  • Access to creative tools, production resources, AI-tools
  • A rare chance to help shape a generational brand from day one

If you’ve been waiting for a brand bold enough to match your motion—this is it. Let’s move.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
