We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor with strong motion design skills to join our Localization team.

You will work closely with the marketing team to generate ideas, analyze ad performance, and stay up-to-date with worldwide marketing trends in digital space.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of composition, typography and pacing, and will be able to create visually compelling & selling content that effectively communicates our marketing messages.

Challenges You’ll Face:

  • Adapting high-impact video creatives for diverse global markets (LATAM, EMEA, SEA, etc.), ensuring they feel native to non-English speaking audiences;

  • Collaborating closely with the Localization Marketing team to iterate on ideas that maintain core brand identity while maximizing local relevance;

  • Using AI tools as part of your daily workflow including tools such as Runway, Pika, Luma, Midjourney, Sora, Kling, Veo and others for video generation, enhancement, and ideation;

  • Using specific localization tools (ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Sync.so, etc.) specifically for high-quality dubbing, lip-syncing, and localized asset generation;

  • Continuously experimenting with new AI tools and creative technologies to push the boundaries of ad production;

  • Testing new instruments, effects, and workflows to improve production efficiency;

  • Adapting to an agile team environment: moving between squads and developing expertise across different campaign types;

We expect that you have:
  • 1+ year of experience in motion design or video production, ideally with a focus on global/localized campaigns;

  • Strong expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro with an emphasis on efficient project structures for rapid localization;

  • A deep understanding of typography and layout across different languages, ensuring readability and aesthetic appeal regardless of word length;

  • Experience working with AI tools for creative production (e.g. image/video generation, voiceover, animation, or editing automation). Additional plus will be experience with AI-driven localization workflows (voice cloning, automated subtitling, image-to-image for localizing backgrounds/objects);

  • Basic knowledge of performance marketing and the ability to create visuals that clearly communicate a marketing message;

  • A modular approach to editing: treating creative iteration like building blocks — analyzing, merging, and remixing successful elements to drive results;

  • Attention to detail, especially regarding foreign language scripts, strong self-organization, and time management;

  • Basic skills in Figma;

Will be a plus:
  • Ability to spot emerging content formats, hooks, and cultural signals before they peak;

  • Experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows and production cycles;

  • Experience with AI lip-sync and dubbing tools;

  • Understanding of creative performance metrics and a data-informed approach to iteration;

Perks & Benefits:
  • Open-minded teams, a welcoming and inclusive company culture, plus the opportunity to make a real difference with a game-changing health tech product;

  • A competitive payment based on your unique expertise, skillset, and impact on the product;

  • Flexible hours. We focus on your results, not how long you spend at your desk.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
