Coordinate end-to-end mortgage file processing: collect and track borrower documents, assemble and submit complete loan packages to lenders/underwriters, update pipeline in Monday.com, clear conditions by coordinating with borrowers and team, and communicate status updates while following SOPs and compliance requirements.
About the Client
Our client is a fast-growing, technology-enabled mortgage brokerage serving diverse homebuyers and homeowners across multiple U.S. states. They focus on delivering a streamlined, organized, and highly communicative loan experience for both clients and partners. With a bilingual (English/Spanish) client base, they emphasize efficiency, accuracy, and customer care at every step of the mortgage process.
