Join our team as a Disclosure Specialist, where your work ensures applicants receive accurate, timely, and compliant loan disclosures. You’ll play a key role in supporting a smooth loan origination and closing process while partnering closely with teammates across the bank. In this role you'll
- Order initial disclosures and re-disclosures in alignment with RESPA, TILA, MDIA, ECOA, HMDA and TRID regulations within required timelines
- Add signed documents to the eFolder in Encompass
- Perform post‑closing reviews on completed loan files
- Prepare and maintain daily status reports for disclosure due dates for loan originators
- Prepare requests for tax transcripts
- Comply with all policies, procedures, security requirements, and regulatory guidelines
What we're looking for
- You have a High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- You have 2+ years of experience in loan processing (Required)
- An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree

- You’re comfortable reviewing detailed fee itemizations and ensuring compliance accuracy

- You’re proficient with MS Office and lending software, and you pick up new systems quickly
- You have basic accounting skills and a high level of attention to detail

Compensation & benefits
- Targeted starting salary range (based on experience): $24.63-$33.32/hr
