As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance mobile applications, securing seamless user experiences. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and build meaningful client relationships while navigating the intricacies of mobile application support in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities
- Improve application performance through analytical problem-solving
- Navigate complexities in mobile application support across mobile Platforms: iOS (Swift), Hybrid (Ionic, Capacitor, Cordova)
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions -
- Ensure mobile apps comply with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001 security standards.
- Implement security best practices like SSL pinning, secure API calls, and biometric authentication (Face ID, Touch ID).
-Assist in managing App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store releases, including TestFlight testing and Firebase App Distribution.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in the Freight, Rail, and Logistics sectors.
-Work on API authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, JWT, Firebase Authentication, Apple Sign-In.
- Contribute to the development of mission-critical applications
- Maintain troubleshooting guides, issue logs, and SOPs for mobile application support.
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree preferred
- AWS (or) Azure (or) GCP Foundational Certifications preferred
