What you will do
- Drive new features delivery end-to-end through implementation, launch, and continuous iteration
- Write and maintain a full unit test suite
- Help manage deployments and setup CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate in an agile environment to understand business requirements and translate those needs to actionable development code using best practices
- Write performant, scalable and testable code with the help of modern tools
- Participate in code reviews that uphold the principle of clean code and architecture
- Participate in active engineering design sessions with evidence and experience-based contributions
- Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results
- Participate in interview process to raise the technical bar and to bring new talent
What should my qualifications be?
- 4+ years of professional software development experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
- English is at the level B2, both written and spoken, for active communication with native speakers
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with rapid iteration cycles
- Proven track record of owning feature development, from requirements to delivery, with realistic timelines
- Experience working within Scrum and Agile teams
- Comfortable writing and maintaining technical and supporting documentation
- React Native and Flutter (hands-on, production experience required)
- Programming Languages: JavaScript / TypeScript, Dart
- Cross-platform mobile architecture
- State management, navigation, and responsive UI design
- APIs & Integrations: REST APIs and/or GraphQL
- CI/CD & Deployment: Mobile CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar)
- App Store and Google Play release processes
- Cloud & Tooling: Working knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or similar)
- Git-based workflows and version control best practices
