Who we're looking for

Remedy is looking for a talented individual who possesses infinite curiosity. You'll work alongside our product managers and partners to create awesome products. What you will do

  • Drive new features delivery end-to-end through implementation, launch, and continuous iteration
  • Write and maintain a full unit test suite
  • Help manage deployments and setup CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborate in an agile environment to understand business requirements and translate those needs to actionable development code using best practices
  • Write performant, scalable and testable code with the help of modern tools
  • Participate in code reviews that uphold the principle of clean code and architecture
  • Participate in active engineering design sessions with evidence and experience-based contributions
  • Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results
  • Participate in interview process to raise the technical bar and to bring new talent

What should my qualifications be?

  • 4+ years of professional software development experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
  • English is at the level B2, both written and spoken, for active communication with native speakers
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with rapid iteration cycles
  • Proven track record of owning feature development, from requirements to delivery, with realistic timelines
  • Experience working within Scrum and Agile teams
  • Comfortable writing and maintaining technical and supporting documentation

  • Key Requirements:
  • Strong commercial experience with Flutter and solid proficiency in Dart
  • Deep understanding of cross-platform mobile architecture principles
  • Experience with:
  • State management solutions (e.g., Provider, BLoC, Riverpod, or similar)
  • Navigation and complex routing structures
  • Responsive and adaptive UI development across multiple screen sizes
  • Integration of REST APIs and/or GraphQL services
  • Experience setting up and maintaining mobile CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools)
  • Practical experience with App Store and Google Play submission and release processes
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of Git-based workflows and version control best practices
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience with native mobile development
  • Proficiency in native iOS development using Swift
  • Experience integrating Flutter with native code (platform channels, native SDK integrations)
