We're looking for an experienced AppLovin media buyer to manage paid acquisition campaigns for our agency clients. This is a part time / contract position. 

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who has successfully launched, optimized, and scaled campaigns on the AppLovin platform. You'll work closely with our internal performance media team while owning the day-to-day management of AppLovin campaigns.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable making optimization decisions independently, and excited to test creative and audience strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.

What you’ll do:

  • Build, launch, and manage AppLovin advertising campaigns
  • Optimize campaigns toward agreed performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CAC, revenue, etc.)
  • Monitor pacing, budgets, bid strategies, and performance daily
  • Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining efficiency
  • Develop structured testing plans across:
    • Creative
    • Targeting
    • Bid strategies
    • Placements
  • Partner with creative teams to recommend new concepts based on performance data
  • Analyze campaign results and communicate actionable insights
  • Produce weekly performance summaries and optimization recommendations
  • Stay current on AppLovin product updates and best practices
  • Collaborate with the agency account team to ensure campaigns align with overall media strategy

You should have:

  • 2-5+ years managing paid acquisition campaigns
  • Direct, hands-on experience running AppLovin campaigns
  • Demonstrated success optimizing toward CPA and/or ROAS goals
  • Strong understanding of mobile and/or ecommerce performance marketing
  • Experience with campaign reporting and data analysis
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
  • Excellent communication skills
