We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Software Engineer, MLOps to join our visionary AI/ML team. Your primary mission will be to architect, build, and integrate the complex automated systems that form the backbone of our machine learning operations. This role is ideal for a DevOps professional who is passionate about building robust, scalable infrastructure and is eager to apply their expertise to the unique challenges of the machine learning lifecycle. You will be instrumental in creating a seamless, automated bridge between ML model development and production deployment, enabling the rapid and reliable delivery of AI capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines to automate the testing, integration, and deployment of machine learning models, application code, and infrastructure
Collaborate closely with data scientists and ML researchers to understand their workflows and build the operational tooling required to move prototypes into production efficiently.
Build and optimize robust deployment strategies for machine learning models, including containerization and serving using tools like KServe and custom APIs
Establish comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for model performance, data drift, and infrastructure health to ensure the reliability and stability of deployed models
Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines (e.g., using GitLab and Pytest) for automated testing, deployment, and version control of ML code and models
Advocate best practices for ML model and reducibility, versioning, and governance.
Collaborate closely with data scientists, ML researchers, and software engineers to translate research prototypes into production-ready solutions and provide technical guidance on MLOps best practices
Identify and implement optimizations for ML workflows, infrastructure, and model inference to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with equivalent practical experience
Proven professional experience in MLOps, Machine Learning Engineering, or DevOps roles with a strong focus on operationalizing ML models
Expertise in MLOps platforms and tools such as Kubernetes, Kubeflow, KServe, Docker, and Azure MLOps
Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure) for deploying and managing ML workloads
Strong understanding and practical experience with CI/CD principles and tools (e.g., GitLab, Pytest).
Fluent in Python; proficiency in SQL
Excellent communication, creative problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
Software Engineer, MLOps: $160,000 - $190,000 USD
