Are you passionate about space operations and eager to be part of a dynamic team that supports critical mission requirements? We invite you to join our Launch Operations team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in the integration, configuration, and testing of system displays to ensure the success of our Program missions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be a Key Player in Launch Operations: Actively support launch and rehearsal operations at Vandenberg Space Force Base control centers as a display system operator. Your work will directly contribute to the success of mission-critical activities.

  • Configure and Test System Displays: Ensure that all system displays are meticulously configured and tested to meet mission requirements, providing essential engineering analysis and situational awareness for our customer’s launch management team.

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with customers and internal teams to integrate mission requirements seamlessly.

  • Develop Essential Tools and Procedures: Create and maintain system operator tools and procedures that enhance efficiency and effectiveness in our operations.

Qualifications:

  • Security Clearance: US Citizenship is required and must be able to obtain TS/SCI w/ Poly.

  • Education: University Degree (BS) or equivalent experience.

  • Experience: Related work experience is a plus but not required. We value your enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

  • Passion for Space: A strong interest in space operations is essential.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for collaboration.

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$69,600 - 142,700 USD
