Role: Middleweight Graphic Designer
Function: Graphic Design | Production | UGC Content | Performance Marketing
Responsibility: Edit high-production performance ads for D2C brands
Reports to: Art Director
Location: Remote
Employment: B2B Contract - UK Schedule 4PM - 1:30 AM/3PM - 12:30 AM (GMT/GMT+1)
Salary: $1200 - $1600 USD/month, based on experience and skill level.

We're on the hunt for a Middleweight Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for ad design and a passion for performance. You’ll focus on creating high-converting Meta ad creatives and support internal marketing efforts. You'll work closely with our Art Director, the design team, and directly with clients to develop standout visual content rooted in strategy and results.


Requirements
  • Design high-performing ad creatives for D2C eCommerce brands.
  • Collaborate with the Art Director and design team to concept, execute, and iterate ad designs.
  • Apply performance data to continuously improve your creative output.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in design and digital marketing.
  • Support internal brand development through presentations, pitch decks, and reports.
  • Maintain and evolve the agency’s visual identity in line with strategic goals.
  • Present and refine design work based on feedback and analytics.

Experience & Skills: 
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on ad creatives and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating digital ad work and performance-driven design.
  • Excellent communication skills—you can confidently present ideas and interpret briefs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering polished work.
  • Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • A degree in Graphic Design or related field is a plus—but not essential.
