Job Description

Must have Sr. Java Developer and a Middleware Ops Engineer experience. They will help with migrating & troubleshooting their Datacenter Middleware and upgrade and port their Java Messaging and web services to mobile/web applications.

Required:

The Engineer is responsible for supporting Merlin.net middleware and related applications. He will need to have hands on production support experience on JBOSS (or similar J2EE application servers), MQTT/WebSphere MQ, LifeRay Portal (or similar Web Portal technology), and WSO2 API Gateway (or equivalent). He or She also needs to have scripting ability to automate installation, configuration and deployment of Linux/Java platform (Java, shell, python or Ruby scripting experience). Good understanding of database technology (Oracle, SQLServer, MySQL or Postgress). Strong documentation and testing skills. He or She will focus on Network Refresh (Q4 2016) and Data Center Relocation projects (Q1-Q3 2017)

Qualifications

B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent experience.

3+ years or J2EE production support.

2+ years of MQ production support,

2+ years of Web Portal (LifeRay or others).

2+ years of API/mobile technology support.

3+ years of Linux/UNIX experience.

Programming experience desired (C/C++, Java, Linux scripting languages. )
