The role involves designing and maintaining automated test frameworks, supporting CI/CD processes, and ensuring quality through thorough testing in a Scrum environment.
IDT is seeking a Middle/Senior Full-Stack QA Engineer to join our cross-functional Scrum team building and evolving our web application.
We are looking for a self-motivated engineer with a strong automation background, hands-on experience in C#, and a deep understanding of quality practices across the entire testing stack.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks in C# using NUnit.
- Contribute to test strategy, ensuring comprehensive coverage across UI, API, integration, and performance testing.
- Develop, maintain, and execute manual test cases when needed to support feature delivery.
- Integrate and maintain automation within CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other QA engineers in a Scrum team to deliver high-quality software.
- Drive improvements in testing processes, frameworks, and tooling.
- Ensure product quality by identifying defects early, providing detailed reports, and supporting root cause analysis.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in test automation for Web UI and API using C#, NUnit.
- Strong understanding of test architecture, design patterns, and coding standards.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD and infrastructure tools: GitHub, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Selenium Grid, AWS.
- Experience with both manual and automated testing in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take ownership of complex quality challenges.
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MongoDB).
- English proficiency – B2 level or higher.
Nice-to-Have:
- Knowledge of AWS services such as SQS, SNS, and S3.
- Experience testing distributed systems and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with performance and load testing tools (K6).
- Exposure to monitoring and observability tools for quality insights.
