What you’ll do

  • Prospect and Qualify: Identify and engage prospective mid-market clients through outbound efforts, inbound inquiries, and strategic networking.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls and needs analysis to understand client business challenges in treasury, liquidity, and risk management.
  • Solution Presentation: Present and demonstrate Kyriba’s cloud-based solutions to key stakeholders, including CFOs, Treasurers, and Finance Directors.
  • Pipeline Management: Build, manage, and accurately forecast a robust pipeline using Salesforce and other sales tools.
  • Sales Process Ownership: Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Sales Engineering, Solution Consultants, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver tailored presentations and proposals.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Kyriba’s evolving product offerings.
  • Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 3-5+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in FinTech, treasury, ERP, or financial software.
  • Proven success selling to the office of the CFO, treasury, or finance leaders within mid-market organizations ($100M - $1B revenue).
  • Strong consultative sales skills with experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

At Kyriba we value pay transparency and fairness.

For new hires, the annual base salary range for this role is: $81,550.00 - $103,150.00 annual salary based on a full-time schedule. Salary can progress beyond this range through sustained performance and demonstrated success in the role. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for variable compensation (eg. performance bonus or commission-based plan) and/or a long-term incentive. The final package will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and qualifications.
