Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Mid-Market Sales Manager to lead and scale our Mid-Market Account Executive team. This leader will be responsible for coaching, developing, and driving a team of quota-carrying AEs focused on landing and expanding Mid-Market accounts across a mix of inbound and outbound motions. You’ll work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Enablement to drive performance, refine strategy, and accelerate revenue growth. This is a high-impact role in a high-growth business — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities:
-Lead, manage, and coach a team of Mid-Market Account Executives to exceed new business and expansion revenue targets
-Monitor deal velocity, pipeline health, and sales KPIs; proactively identify trends and remove roadblocks
-Partner with Marketing and Sales Development to optimize lead flow, outbound strategies, and account prioritization
-Run weekly forecast and pipeline reviews, ensuring strong deal hygiene and data accuracy in Salesforce
-Implement and scale repeatable sales processes that improve ramp time, productivity, and conversion
-Drive accountability through ongoing 1:1s, call coaching, and skill development
-Represent the voice of the Mid-Market customer internally and advocate for necessary product, process, and messaging improvements
-Report on team performance and forecast to senior sales leadership
Job Requirements:
-Minimum of 3+ years of experience managing quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales teams, ideally focused on the Mid-Market segment
-Proven track record of leading AEs to exceed revenue targets in a high-growth environment
-Strong coaching skills with the ability to develop talent and build high-performing teams
-Deep understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN selling
-Proficient in CRM (Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach), and forecasting tools
-Data-driven and process-oriented, with strong analytical and decision-making skills
-Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
-Able to thrive in ambiguity and bring structure and focus to rapidly evolving sales motion
-This role requires domestic and international travel. All standard travel expenses will be covered in accordance with the company's travel reimbursement policy.
-Resides in the Denver, NYC, or Boston area
