Stadium is based in New York, but strongly supports a global remote workforce. This would be a remote position and working hours will be in EST. Candidates living outside of the US will be hired as independent contractors through Deel. 

About the Role

The Mid Market Account Executive role at Stadium provides a unique opportunity as we look to grow our sales team.

We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Account Executive who can manage a strategic sales process. They will be sharply focused on engaging interested prospects, managing sales cycles, and closing revenue from a mix of inbound and outbound leads. Outbound leads are qualified by the SDR team in addition to AE self-prospecting

You will be part of our global sales team; a tight-knit, candid, and performance-oriented group of diverse sellers. 

In this role, the ideal candidate will be a problem solver who can work independently to exceed sales targets. The candidate should have strong business acumen along with a consultative sales approach to work with a wide variety of buyers. As a Mid Market AE you will have the opportunity to play an integral role in the growth and expansion of our business. 

What You Will Do 

  • Sell into prospects with 100+ employees 
  • Lead strong discovery that uncovers business needs, current processes, stakeholders, urgency, and expansion potential before recommending a solution.
  • Become a Stadium product expert across our entire platform and understand the competitive landscape
  • Develop a strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities 
  • Perform account planning for prioritized accounts, and work in tandem with the SDR team to generate pipeline 
  • Run sales calls with short deck presentations and customized product demos
  • Utilize proven sales methodology to manage the full sales cycle from initial interest to sales activation
  • Manage pipeline in Hubspot to accurately forecast revenue on a monthly basis
  • Achieve quota attainment consistently
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Onboarding/Success, Product, and Service to support our customers

Requirements

What You Bring To Stadium

  • Experience in a quota carrying positions, B2B ideal
  • Historical record of success 
  • Proven track record of outbound acquisition sales/pipeline creation  
  • Experience selling to HR/Marketing Buyers or a B2B platform to business users
  • A solutions oriented mindset 
  • Quick thinking and thrives in rapidly changing situations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
