[Summary]

  • We are hiring Administrative and Executive Assistants to support senior executives, C-Suite offices, and business divisions at a global technology leader
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, and expense processes, helping executives stay on track in a fast-paced environment
  • Handle correspondence, reporting, documentation, and event coordination while maintaining strict confidentiality
  • Support general affairs and office operations including supplies, facilities, vendor coordination, and company-sponsored programs
  • Korean/English bilingual communication is highly preferred for liaison with executives and global headquarters

[Duties and Responsibilities]

Executive Support

  • Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments; prioritize meeting requests and proactively handle conflicts or scheduling changes
  • Plan, arrange, and coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodations, itineraries, and meeting logistics (location, A/V, meals)
  • Prepare and submit travel and expense reports in a timely manner and ensure accuracy of expense allocations
  • Screen communications, read and analyze incoming memos and reports, and plan their distribution; draft responses to correspondence
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, presentations, and minutes for leadership, committee, and board meetings
  • Serve as liaison between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders at all levels, including customers and global headquarters
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive materials with professionalism and discretion

Administrative & Office Operations

  • Perform general office duties: ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, filing and retrieving corporate documents, basic bookkeeping
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, and other documents; open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Assist with staff onboarding/offboarding including equipment setup, system access, seating charts, and org chart updates
  • Triage basic hardware, software, and phone issues and coordinate IT requests
  • Plan and execute company events, including scheduling, catering, budgeting, set-up, and break-down

Service Planning & General Affairs Support

  • Review service plans and support projects; document progress, discussions, and action items; produce reports and PowerPoint presentations
  • Coordinate team member services such as travel programs, expatriate assistance, vending/food services, janitorial services, and administrative supplies
  • Negotiate with vendors and service contractors; support departmental budgeting and company-sponsored programs and policies
  • Support internal communications including newsletters and company announcements

[Skills & Qualifications]

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate degree or equivalent work experience accepted
  • 2+ years of corporate administrative experience for Administrative Assistant level; 5–10 years including direct executive support for Executive Assistant level
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and keep information organized and confidential; professional demeanor at all times
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills; event planning and budgeting experience a plus
  • Ability to build relationships across teams and with other administrative professionals in an inclusive manner
  • Can-do attitude and flexibility to handle ad-hoc duties as they arise; local candidates preferred
  • Korean/English bilingual (speak, read, write) highly preferred
