Language Skills: Ability to read interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, technical procedures, governmental regulations and procedure manuals. Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions in English. Ability to document forms as required by position. Ability to read prints and interpret customer requirements
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent. Able to perform statistical evaluations of data and processes. Understands SPC, Measurement systems Analysis and is ably to make sense from a large amount of data
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Additional requirements are equipment specific and need to be learned on the job.
Reasoning Skills: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Use industry common tools to organize information to arrive at factual based conclusions.
Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with others in the organization with a diverse educational and cultural background. Ability to organize and lead effective meetings. Understand how to work with people to gain understanding and buy in.
