Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Analyze current technology used at Integer and recommend improvements
- Engage in and facilitate stakeholder discussions to document business requirements
- Design solutions to meet requirements and conduct solution assessments
- Design and document integrations between cloud and on-premise applications
- Configure, develop, and support corporate applications working with Integer stakeholders
- Participate in system validations, produce documentation including user testing scripts
- Design, implement, deploy, and maintain a complete solution
- Comply with Integer policies for PMO, SDLC, Audit, Security, Infrastructure, Network
- Lead application and system maintenance reviews and related actions
- Conduct cross program and project resolution
- Advise management on business integration strategies
- Discover, design, build, test, and deploy end-to-end solutions
- Design and support continuous improvements for deployed solutions
- Administer application configuration where required
- Prepare user documentation and conduct user training sessions
- Support project management with project timeline and cost estimates
- Continuous research of emerging technology and proposing change where needed
- Provide supervision and guidance to development teams
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or relevant field
- 5+ years deep functional expertise with a leading Quality and Plant Maintenance systems
- 5+ years experience leading design, execution, and support for application solutions
- Excellent knowledge of on-prem, cloud, and current application trends
- 1 or more IT or business focused certifications PMP, Microsoft, ITIL, other
