THE ROLE


As the Merchandising Marketing Manager at Thrive Market, you will be instrumental in driving brand sales and amplifying our market presence across the Home, Health & Beauty, and Frozen categories. In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives that align with our business objectives, ensuring our brand partners thrive in a competitive market.


Contract Length: July 2024 - November 27, 2024

Expected Workload: 30-35 hours per week

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide detailed business analysis reports and gather competitive intelligence to develop actionable insights for brand partners
  • Utilize market insights and analysis to set high-level business priorities, goals, and strategic plans for Thrive Market and its brand partners for 2025
  • Drive brand sales performance through meticulous planning and execution, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Ensure sustainable revenue growth, control operating costs, and optimize overall profitability through strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address key challenges in brand growth and implement solutions
  • Communicate brand activities, strategic plans, and results to key stakeholders and senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment
  • Stay current on trends in the Health & Wellness and e-commerce industries to inform strategies and maintain a competitive edge

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3 years in partnerships or related roles, preferably within the CPG and retail sectors
  • Available 30-35 hours per week
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive strategic insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey ideas and build relationships
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of organization and efficiency
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, leveraging them to drive brand performance
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and trends, enhancing the ability to drive online sales strategies

Contract Details

  • This is a contract position
  • Work Location: Los Angeles/Remote
  • Work Hours: Flexible PST hours
  • Compensation details: $45-50/hr
