What You'll Do
Menu Data Modeling & Tools Analyst
• Monitor and assess the internal tools that are used to be build digital menus by using data models
• Review UI enhancement requests by performing analysis and define requirements for the menu content installation.
• Consult with developers and QA Perform product approval testing and report issues
• Do Menu architecture and standards review by reviewing table of features with tenant team, reviewing assumptions and limitations with team and review checklist with tenant team
• Provide support during implementation
• Implement application monitoring.
• Respond to and resolve application alerts.
• Create standard menu matrix templates and identify and document gaps, enhance template guides and suggest product improvements.
• Build the data model to assess the v3 server, utility, and UI enhancements.
• Proactively work with key stakeholders and vendors to analyze the business needs and to recommend new tools and systems to build successful data models and to enhance the building of our digital menus. This includes scheduling meetings, providing updates, and driving the project to completion.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide product feedback.
• Design and update Tillster menu data
Required Skills & Experience
• Understanding of graph database technology - a MUST
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a model data architect
• Do menu architecture and standards review
• Experience with NSQL Database
• Comfortable building data models. .
• Experience with UI enhancements
• Experience Triaging incoming defects for UI, utilities, and servers.
• Experience performing product approval testing and reporting issues and to create or update supporting documentation
• Fluent in English - working with global teams
• Highly customer oriented.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Strong sense of urgency.

Pay and Benefits (USA)
- Expected base salary ranges $105,000 - $135,000. Total starting compensation will be determined based on all lawful criteria, Company policy and best practices.
- Equity: All employees within the U.S. are eligible to participate in the Stock Option Plan.
