Base is looking for a thoughtful and engaging Interviewer to join our team!
This flexible, remote role is ideal for someone who’s deeply curious about people, communicates with clarity and warmth, and has a strong sense of emotional intelligence. As the first point of contact for prospective members, you'll play a key role in shaping our community—making sure every applicant feels heard, understood, and genuinely excited about the possibility of joining Base.
📍 Location: Remote
💰 Pay: $20/hour
⏰ Schedule: Part-time (~20 hours/week), flexible scheduling
What You’ll Do
Interview Applicants – Conduct thoughtful interviews with prospective members
Track Trends & Improve Processes – Monitor patterns across interviews and share feedback to improve the member experience.
Collaborate with the Membership Team – Work closely with other Interviewers and departments to maintain a high-quality, diverse community.
Evolve the Interview Process – Develop new techniques and questions that help us better understand and match members.
Be a First Point of Connection – Build relationships with potential members and represent Base’s values from the very first conversation.
