Salary
For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $25 an hour base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.

Responsibilities:
- Enhance our benefit model by incorporating medical knowledge and product requirements.
- Design and refine custom medical journey maps tailored to various health benefits, helping users understand and navigate their healthcare options efficiently.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, Product Managers, data analysts, and engineers to gain insights and feedback on medical pathway design.
- Work closely with data and product teams to integrate our model with external vendors, ensuring an optimal product experience.
- Test and validate updated models to ensure reliability and effectiveness
We are looking for the following:
- Medical students (MD) who have already begun medical school are available for up to 50-60 hours per month.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing efficiently.
- Excited to join an innovative and rapidly growing startup.
- Working experience in the U.S. health Insurance or Healthcare industry - an advantage
- Hybrid work model (remote and in-office)
