 The Challenge

Take Two Interactive is seeking a highly motivated AV/IT professional to jump into the role of AV/Communication Systems Engineer within the global Media Systems team!

As a Media Systems Engineer you will have the opportunity to work with groundbreaking technology that touches every single employee within our global organization. As a part of our highly-skilled technology team you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a wide variety of IT, AV, and communications solutions at our office locations as well as interacting with teams from partner locations. As a member of our media systems team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the core Audio and Video Solutions, Production Engineering, and Zoom. We are constantly pushing the limits of technology and collaborating with our technology partners including participating in multiple beta testing programs and customer advisory councils.

 What You’ll Take On
  • Assist in the installation, setup, and basic configuration of audiovisual systems, conferencing equipment, and peripherals.
  • Provide technical support and basic troubleshooting for tier 2 media systems related tickets resolve common issues faced by end-users.
  • Respond to end-user inquiries and provide guidance on media systems' usage, basic troubleshooting steps, and functionality.
  • Basic knowledge of hardware and software systems used in the media systems environment.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for media systems setup, troubleshooting procedures, and basic user guides to facilitate end-user understanding.
  • Perform basic testing and quality checks on meeting room equipment to ensure they meet end-user requirements and expectations.
  • Collaborate with team members and more experienced engineers to learn and contribute to media-related projects while assisting in end-user support tasks.
  • Perform common AV equipment operational tasks including microphone setup, audio mixing and equalization, video mixing and switching.
 What You Bring
  • Degree in one of the following: Broadcast, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required. Technical school training with equivalent experience is also considered OR 2 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree for this position.
  • 3 years of experience in media, broadcast, post-production, and live events.
  • A flexible attitude, excellent verbal & non-verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential
  • Familiarity with Studio Production elements such as lighting, audio, and camera operations systems
  • Familiarity with Video/Audio Broadcast routing systems
  • Familiarity with Broadcast Engineer and implementation of video and audio live and post production equipment and systems
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
  • Proficient at multitasking and taking advantage of unexpected time to complete open priority work.
  • Customer service orientation; professional presence and superior client relationship skills
  • Willing to undergo background check
  • Willingness to travel

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $75,500 and $111,740 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program. Regular, full-time employees are also eligible for a range of benefits at the Company, including: medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage; 14 paid holidays per calendar year; paid vacation time per calendar year (ranging from 15 to 25 days) or eligibility to participate in the Company’s discretionary time off program; up to 10 paid sick days per calendar year; paid parental and compassionate leave; wellbeing programs for mental health and other wellness support; family planning support through Maven; commuter benefits; and reimbursements for fitness-related expenses.
