Job Summary: We’re looking for a Media Supervisor who connects performance across channels, guiding measurable media strategies, and ensuring flawless in-market execution. This role requires fluency in performance media, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams to turn insights into strategic impact. You’ll lead planning and optimization across Search, Social, Programmatic, and emerging platforms, partner closely with analytics and creative, and craft narratives that link media performance to real business outcomes. Essential Job Functions:
● Develop integrated performance strategies across Search, Social, Programmatic, and Video with clear KPIs and optimization paths.
● Translate business goals into actionable media plans, budget allocations, and audience approaches.
● Partner with analytics, data science, and strategy to build dashboards, measurement frameworks, and test plans.
● Analyze site behavior, 1st-party data, and platform insights to identify high-value audiences and optimization opportunities.
● Oversee campaign setup, QA, pacing, and optimization to ensure delivery against performance goals.
● Create full-funnel measurement structures that connect media exposure to user behavior, shopping intent, and conversion.
● Develop clear, insight-driven reporting and strategic narratives that influence planning and investment decisions.
● Build strong client relationships, proactively addressing needs and driving performance-based recommendations.
● Mentor Associates/Senior Associates, guiding execution quality, analytical thinking, and strategic development.
Experience
● 8+ years in performance media, digital strategy, or integrated planning (agency experience required).
● Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube, TikTok, DV360 or equivalent platforms.
● Strong analytical mindset with experience using 1st-party data, behavioral signals, or performance dashboards.
● Proven ability to translate complex data into simple insights and strategic recommendations.
● Confident communicator capable of leading client conversations and cross-functional alignment.
● Skilled in Excel/Sheets and presentation tools, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
● Experience building measurement approaches and full-funnel frameworks.
● Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments and shift priorities effectively.
● Track record of mentoring junior team members and elevating team capability.
● Comfortable taking ownership of business outcomes and connecting media performance to strategic impact.
The salary range below represents the base salary range for this role in the United States. Final compensation will be determined based on professional experience, scope of responsibilities, and overall business needs.
Salary Range: $110,000–$130,000
