Producer – Media & Brand Presence (Chief Evangelist Office)
We are looking for a dynamic Media Producer to elevate the voice and brand of Guidewire’s Chief Evangelist (drabikdigest.com) and establish a strong presence across media, technology, and business landscapes. This role is not just about creating content — it’s about building a public profile, driving brand awareness, and positioning the Chief Evangelist as a recognized thought leader well beyond the insurance industry.
Role Overview
As Producer, you will shape and execute a media-first strategy: driving podcasts, video series, social storytelling, live event coverage, and press-worthy content that builds reach and influence. You will manage production from concept to distribution, ensuring the Chief Evangelist’s voice is amplified across traditional media, digital channels, and social platforms to engage global audiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesMedia Presence & Brand AmplificationDevelop and execute a media strategy that elevates the Chief Evangelist into a recognizable brand across insurance, technology, and mainstream business conversations.
Lead content promotion on TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms — experimenting with formats that boost engagement and reach.
Work with PR, communications, and external partners to extend visibility through interviews, guest features, press mentions, and cross-industry panels.
Monitor brand presence and media metrics, and refine strategies to expand audience and influence.
Produce compelling, high-quality media assets: podcasts, video interviews, webinars, blogs, and short-form social video.
Manage Drabik Digest platforms (website, newsletter, social channels) as a cohesive brand hub.
Craft visually impactful presentations and thought leadership pieces for conferences and media appearances.
Oversee production logistics — scheduling, guest coordination, and post-production quality control.
Drive conversations and build community by engaging directly with followers across channels.
Leverage media coverage and digital content to attract new audiences outside the traditional insurance sector.
Experiment with new storytelling techniques — short-form video, reels, behind-the-scenes content — to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
Produce media around live events and speaking engagements (highlight reels, behind-the-scenes footage, interviews).
Create PR-worthy content tied to major announcements, appearances, or industry moments.
Prepare media kits, briefing documents, and speaker assets that strengthen the Chief Evangelist’s public profile.
6+ years in media production, brand building, or digital marketing.
Proven track record in growing a personal or corporate brand’s media presence across multiple channels.
Expertise in podcasting, video production, and short-form social storytelling.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a knack for compelling narratives.
Strategic mindset with hands-on ability to execute campaigns and measure results.
Familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, Canva, Google Slides, or similar media platforms.
Passion for technology, innovation, and digital influence (insurance knowledge is a plus, but not required).
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $106,000 - $193,000 . Your base pay will depend on your experience, skills, education, training, and location among other factors. All full-time positions or part-time roles working 30 hours or more a week at Guidewire are eligible for benefits that support their health and well-being including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a company sponsored retirement plan. In addition, some roles may be eligible for the annual company bonus plan, commissions, and/or long term incentive awards which are contingent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, company and employee performance.Disability Accommodations and Guidewire’s Appeals Process.
