Inmar’s Media Enterprise team is dedicated to executing, managing, and optimizing digital media activations to drive measurable success for our clients. We leverage data, automation, and strategic insights to enhance efficiencies and scale, ensuring our solutions align with client objectives.
The Media Enterprise Solutions Manager will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Inmar’s media and data solutions, advising clients, driving adoption, and collaborating across cross-functional teams to enhance our offerings. This role will play a critical role in translating business needs into effective media strategies, ensuring seamless execution, and maximizing the impact of Inmar’s Media Enterprise solutions.

Primary Accountabilities: 

Client Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brand partners, ensuring clear communication and strategic alignment.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, brand stakeholders, and internal teams.

  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance and partnership growth.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on leveraging Inmar’s media, data, and audience solutions to meet their business goals.

  • Engineer data-driven media activations across programmatic, social, and retail media platforms, ensuring optimized targeting, attribution, and performance measurement.

  • Consult on campaign best practices, recommending optimal retailers, tactics, audience strategies, and creative execution for impactful media activations.

  • Identify client challenges and business needs, translating them into actionable media strategies and Inmar product enhancements.

  • Utilize data insights from past campaigns to refine future strategies, drive incremental value, and continuously improve performance.

Strategy & Business Development

  • Identify opportunities for expanding partnerships and integrating deeper business solutions.

  • Work cross-functionally to develop tailored media strategies that align with agency and client objectives.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging media opportunities to drive innovation.

  • Serve as a product and capability expert in a pre-sales capacity, supporting Sales teams with technical guidance and strategic recommendations.

  • Partner with the Product team to roll out new features, industry updates, and best practices across internal teams and client partners.

Campaign Execution & Performance

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, analytics, operations) to plan and execute media campaigns.

  • Oversee campaign implementation, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and performance tracking.

  • Troubleshoot execution issues, optimize performance, and deliver actionable insights to agency partners.

Financial & Budget Management

  • Manage budgets for marketing campaigns, tracking invoices, collections, and financial documentation.

  • Maintain live planning trackers and invoice schedules while coordinating with finance and client teams on P&L updates.

Partnerships & Programs

  • Support partner relationships, including invoicing, reporting, and program execution.

  • Assist in launching and managing sweepstakes, prizing, and fulfillment initiatives.

  • Contribute to the development of a new loyalty program, including beta testing and platform enhancements.

Reporting & Insights

  • Gather and analyze campaign data to evaluate performance and generate strategic reports.

  • Conduct competitor research using tools like Winmo and Media Radar to track industry trends.

  • Develop monthly client research reports on consumer trends and collaborate on custom studies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in business, marketing or related field required

  • 5+  years of experience in media, advertising, agency partnerships, or brand marketing; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position

  • Strong knowledge of digital, social, programmatic, and traditional media strategies.

  • Proven ability to manage agency relationships, drive revenue growth, and execute marketing strategies.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience in budgeting, financial tracking, and data analysis.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt quickly, and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), and media planning tools.
