About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Media Buyer to join our in-house team in Newport Beach, CA. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok platforms. If you have a proven track record of driving results through targeted advertising, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage high-performing media buying strategies on Meta and TikTok to achieve client KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and engagement metrics.
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and creative optimization to maximize campaign efficiency.
- Analyze performance data using platform tools and third-party analytics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and account teams to align campaigns with overall marketing goals.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, ad policies, and industry trends to ensure compliance and innovation.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and scaling efforts for multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in media buying specifically on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including pixel tracking, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
- Proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and similar platforms.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the US and available to work full-time in Newport Beach, CA.
- Competitive base salary of $80,000 - $100,000, plus performance-based commission.
