Lead growth marketing and community initiatives for Ares, focusing on prediction markets. Responsibilities include content strategy, community engagement, and market feedback.
Ares is a next generation trading platform focused on prediction markets, crypto, and real time information driven trading. We believe trading is fundamentally social and attention based. We are an early stage startup with a distributed team headquartered in NYC, backed by Alliance, Foundation Capital, UOB, and top tier investors. We move with high execution speed in extremely competitive markets. This is not a passive brand or strategy role.
We are looking for a high agency, hands on Growth Marketing and Community Lead with an MBA or equivalent background to define Ares’ narrative around prediction markets and own community and growth from zero to scale. You will work directly with the CEO in a highly autonomous environment. People here move fast, take full ownership, and do whatever it takes to win. - Excellent written communication skills with strong Twitter instincts
- Comfortable forming opinions and publishing them publicly
- Strong intuition for what resonates with traders and crypto native audiences

- Hands on trading experience, especially prediction markets or memecoins
- Deep familiarity with crypto native culture including Telegram, Discord, and Crypto Twitter
- Experience growing an early stage crypto or fintech product
- Existing network of traders or crypto communities
- Portfolio showing range across long form content, social media, and product copy
- Active personal presence on Twitter or other social platforms
- Paid internship with performance based upside
