Job Description
The Material & Production Scheduling Manager leads a team and directs forecast and inventory planning process to optimize inventory stocking levels and to meet customer service objectives in a Large Size / High Complexity OR Large Size / Low Complexity OR Small Size / High Complexity manufacturing facility.
  • Responsible for scheduling employees to meet production requirements / Coordinate Materials planning to meet production requirements.
  • Manages with production, accounting, maintenance human resources, material planning, and other in order to develop and implement a schedule that is cost effective and meets customer demands.
  • Defines daily assignment schedules/material requirements based on weekly plans.
  • Manages constraints of manpower, equipment, materials, and optimizing costs.
  • Coordinates with Materials Planning to ensure supplies or deliveries support schedule, or vise versa adjust schedules use to Material Planning issues.
  • Maintains operation database and systems.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$88,000.00 - $110,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
