Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- To track/confirm software tracking of dead-balls, stoppage time, and other similar events.
- To correctly identify and confirm teams, lineups, and players, as well as tracking markings on players.
- To show attentiveness during live ball situations.
- Participate in post-game meetings to provide feedback to Operators and Operations Managers to identify problems.
- To be able to complete marking tasks that will improve the accuracy and design of our system.
- To lead a group of Operators to run and monitor all tasks on 1-2 football games per shift.
- To lead trainings on newly signed ops.
Requirements:
- Experience in being responsible for or training others, and reporting, would be highly desirable
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft suites, particularly Excel/Google Sheets
- High attention to detail with the ability to focus in loud, distracting environments.
- Extremely punctual, many shifts will start near the game start time
- Excellent communication skills, especially under pressure, to effectively update Operations Managers and provide feedback to Operators.
- Ability to make time-sensitive judgment calls and collaborate with remote colleagues during live events.
- Adaptable, proactive, and confident, with strong team spirit.
- Self-accountable for discretion considering the delicate nature of the business content.
Additionally, Match Leads will:
- Commit to 15-30 hours of availability each week.
- Be able to work according to the football schedule which includes holidays, holiday periods, evenings, and weekends.
- Each shift will last up to 6 hours, up to 30 hours per week which can be early mornings or late nights
