Inspects incoming parts for damage, completes required paperwork, follows supervisor instructions, and safely handles hazardous materials in compliance with regulations. The role requires prolonged standing, use of safety glasses and other PPE, attention to detail, and work in a manufacturing environment subject to ITAR requirements.

Job Summary:
Responsible for shielding the surfaces of parts that do not require processing
- Process parts according to shop work order and applicable specifications and drawings
- Follow instructions from supervisor pertaining to specific instructions or tasks
- Ensure integrity of incoming parts (damage, scratches, etc.)
- Complete work order and all necessary paperwork according to job, drawings and specifications
- Manage hazardous materials safely and in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Perform other duties as required
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
