As a Data Assurance Lead in the Global Regulatory Reporting team, you will design and deliver next-generation data quality frameworks. You will lead a team to ensure transparent, accurate, and compliant data flows across our systems. Together, we will align with global regulatory requirements and drive strategic change.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of regulatory reporting professionals.
- Design and implement a Quality Assurance Framework for cyclical and diagnostic QA.
- Oversee test execution and compare actual outcomes with expected results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements, including MIFID, EMIR, SFTR, SEC, and CFTC.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve reporting processes.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
- Experience in managing projects from inception to completion.
- Familiarity with reporting software and data management systems.
- Commitment to continuous improvement in quality assurance practices.
