McKesson Medical Surgical's Consumer Markets team is seeking a highly experienced Marketplace Product and Brand Services Manager to serve as our in-house Amazon Seller Central subject matter expert (SME). This role will act as a cross-functional leader and key resource, supporting internal teams and managing high-priority projects that require deep knowledge of Amazon's ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving performance, brand integrity, and operational excellence across Amazon’s seller platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Strategy & Support

  • Act as the internal Amazon Seller Central SME, supporting brand, product, marketing, legal, and customer service teams.
  • Ensure full compliance with Amazon’s policies and stay ahead of regulatory changes and marketplace trends.
  • Leveraging data tools- both internal and Amazon data to extract insights and guide the team on optimization and other opportunities (something to that effect)
  • Analysis and evaluate new pilot/beta programs coming to the marketplaces.

Brand Protection & Registry Management

  • Oversee Amazon Brand Registry processes, ensuring brand assets and trademarks are properly managed and protected.
  • Collaborate with third-party agencies (e.g., Vorys) to enforce MAP policies for econtrol and combat unauthorized sellers.

Platform & Tool Management

  • Experience utilizing third-party platforms such as Rithum (ChannelAdvisor), CommerceHub, or similar tools to streamline operations.
  • Leverage contribution and catalog systems to optimize ASIN health, suppressions, and listing quality.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as a strategic partner on special projects requiring deep Amazon expertise.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on evolving Amazon processes and tools.
  • Point person for discerning issue resolution paths and appropriate escalation points for various Amazon listing concern such as catalog management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, including catalog management and backend contributions.
  • 5+ years of experience managing Amazon Brand Registry and brand protection protocols.
  • Strong grasp of the eCommerce and retail landscape on Amazon.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience using Rithum/ChannelAdvisor, CommerceHub, or similar multi-channel platforms.
  • Experience with CPG or healthcare verticals on Amazon
  • Experience with Amazon SAS Core or Premium programs.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon’s contribution system and product data structuring.
  • Solid knowledge of Amazon’s policies, operations, and best practices for retail success.
  • Familiarity with Vendor Central and hybrid business models is a plus.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$70,500 - $117,500
