FabFitFun is looking for a tech-savvy YouTube Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing team. Reporting to our Senior Manager, Social Media, this person will own our YouTube channel from content conceptualization to execution. The ideal candidate will be a YouTube expert who is at the cutting edge of the latest of beauty, wellness, and lifestyle trends.

What You’ll Do:

Own YouTube series conceptualization and execution within the categories of women’s lifestyle including beauty tutorials, life hacks, DIY projects, content surrounding box, cooking, etc.
Work with Production and Creative Team to provide feedback within the production and editing process
Select and approve talent for videos
Stay current in YouTube and women’s lifestyle trends
Create wrap-up reports that translate quantitative and qualitative data to support actionable social media engagement
Optimize youtube channel including the use of metadata, sponsored cards, end screens, and competitive tags
Work cross-functionally with production, creative, acquisition marketing, and influencer teams

What You’ll Need:

3-4+ years of professional experience in a YouTube focused social media role, preferably in a B2C environment or Women’s lifestyle brand
In-depth understanding of the YouTube platform
Knowledge of YouTube best practices, SEO, analytics and content optimization
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field preferred
Desire to be immersed in the storytelling of beauty/fashion/fitness verticals
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Confidence handling multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and staying organized
Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset that can thrive in a fast-paced work environment
