About the Role
GoodRx is looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager to join the Digital Marketing team. This individual will report to the Senior Director, Digital Marketing and will focus on acquiring new customers. This involves, but is not limited to, managing relationships with media partners, launching and optimizing acquisition marketing campaigns, conducting ad-hoc reporting/quantitative analyses, and more. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a background in online advertising, specifically direct response and customer acquisition. Additionally, this individual should have advanced-level Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Manage digital acquisition campaigns through new partners/channels, display, programmatic, direct publishers, and third-party ad networks/vendors
- Develop, implement, track & analyze new tests including new partners/channels, landing pages, ad copy, images, devices, ad types and more
- Leverage data insights and analytics to optimize current campaigns for improving CAC, increasing scale and discovering new opportunities
- Discover new sources for customer acquisition efforts, forecast performance and continuously track and analyze CAC performance
- Set-up user acquisition campaigns, including but not limited to: developing launch strategy, compiling & coordinating launch requirements, requesting & gathering creatives, creating campaign tracking links, building internal tracking reports, and testing prior to launch
- Communicate plan, strategy, and performance with broader digital acquisition team
- Ownership of other ad-hoc digital marketing projects as assigned
- Staying up-to-date with best practices in digital performance advertising and the online media ecosystem
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly performance analysis to identify trends, including but not limited to seasonality and marketplace competition
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years’ experience in digital performance marketing, with a focus on direct response and user acquisition
- Experience managing direct response and user acquisition campaigns totaling $250K+ in monthly ad spend
- Thorough understanding of user acquisition funnels and performance metrics pertaining to the funnels
- Advanced/Expert-level Excel skills and intuitive grasp of data and analytics
- Strong analytical skills and experience working in performance and metrics based companies
- High familiarity with link tracking, conversion pixels/tags, Google Analytics, and online marketing attribution concepts
- Motivated self-starter with strong communication skills
- Understanding of mobile app tracking & attribution platforms - such as AppsFlyer, Branch, Kochava, Adjust, Tune, etc. is a plus
- Experience with affiliate marketing, paid social, paid search, app install & email a plus
