About The Team
The theatrical marketing team is responsible for managing campaigns to support Crunchyroll’s theatrical marketing slate. From ideation to execution, the strategies we develop are critical to driving awareness for theatrical releases, growing box office and extending Crunchyroll’s flywheel. This role is essential to helping bring a campaign to life as well as maintaining promotion during the entire lifecycle of a film - from driving early awareness during pre open windows to ticketing and performance during release and through chase. This team and role is unique because they are truly dedicated to theatrical marketing. While other teams may shift in and out of a title’s lifecycle from SVOD to theatrical to Home Ent., this role and team is unique in that we support all theatrical titles through their theatrical lifecycle. As for culture, our team is incredibly hardworking and passionate about driving performance for all titles - big and small. At the core of it, decisions are made based on what is best for each and every film. The overall objective of the department is to grow and support the theatrical line of business which is an integral part of building and extending Crunchyroll’s flywheel and bringing anime to fans across the globe.
About You:
- 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience
- Entertainment experience highly recommended.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated success collaborating across a large organization.
A day in the life of our Theatrical Marketing Coordinator:
- Manage the day-to-day development of all theatrical campaigns for Crunchyroll to drive engagement and awareness
- Maintain project trackers and calendars
- Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate and implement campaigns - developing creative, providing all the operations requirements, and aligning with other marketing teams
- Ideate and help develop innovative marketing campaigns to establish and grow box office
- Work closely with other teams to coordinate campaigns and ideate on new theatrical strategies
- Various meetings and check-ins with team members to campaign plan, problem solve, and keep project timelines and deliverables on track
- Creation and ongoing management of creative asset requests and revisions
- Budget, PO and invoice coding management and submission
- Reporting and campaign recap and wrap reporting

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location and experience.
