What You’ll Do

As Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you’ll forge close ties with the Revenue.io Product, Sales and Customer Success teams and identify strategic opportunities for success. In the process, you’ll become an expert in the Revenue.io platform and the value customers see using our technology.

You’ll contribute heavily to the content creation, product roadmap, competitive intelligence and customer evangelism that powers the Revenue.io GTM motion. 

You’ll create phenomenal content with a high standard of excellence and bring a disciplined editorial mindset. You’ll also contribute to the customer experience on Revenue.io.com and across its digital channels. 

Duties in Detail

  • Create content that supports Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to educate the market, position Revenue.io as the market leader and drive revenue
    • Develop and author product/data sheets, whitepapers, case studies and training videos in collaboration with the content and product teams.
    • Sales Enablement content: content that will reinforce the brand, drive acquisition strategies and expand the customer base. 
    • Customer communications: closely monitor the product roadmap and release schedule to uncover marketing opportunities and execute relevant go-to-market strategies. 
    • Product communications: own and manage release communications and customer newsletters and curate in-app experiences.
    • Customer Success stories: work directly with Sales and Customer Success to develop customer case studies and harvest customer quotes and testimonials.
  • Own a consistent process for developing and gathering competitive and market intelligence that informs our product development and GTM
  • Help train the sales team on new product features and functionality.
  • Work with the Product team to understand customer usage models, requirements, feedback and customer satisfaction/NPS to measure performance and utilization of existing and new functionality & features
  • Work with Customer Success and Support to take our customer advocacy program to the next level, driving customer success stories, reviews and more. 
  • Provide recommendations on pricing, promotion, and packaging approaches based on market/competitive intelligence and customer feedback.
  • Train and enable the sales and success teams to deliver better demos to prospects and customers. 
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives:
    • Create marketing briefs for key go-to-market events and partner with brand marketing and demand gen teams to develop robust and coordinated launch plans
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop marketing plans to drive demand for our products across all GTM channels
  • As needed, own or contribute to:
    • Campaigns
    • Webinars
    • Field events
    • Executive roundtables
    • Thought leadership

Candidate Requirements

  • At least 7-10 years of relevant experience within a B2B organization as a product marketer at a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication skills. Demonstrated excellence at distilling complicated features and solutions into messaging for specific audiences.
  • Bring top-tier writing chops to everything you touch: web pages, long-form content production, content, copyediting, research and sourcing to continue to produce gold-standard content for revenue leaders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and over-communicator who can work with minimal supervision.
  • A unique blend of curiosity, creativity and strategic thinking.
  • Demonstrate significant knowledge of the B2B SaaS ecosystem and contemporary technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including storytelling and writing.
  • Passion for the Revenue.io mission and the power of real-time guidance in the moments that matter.
