Clinical trials are the foundation of modern medicine and its many successes. Every new drug, device, or procedure must be tested in a clinical trial, to prove that it’s safe and it works, before going to market. 


With the advent and promise of precision medicine, targeting treatments which are highly specific to some patients, but don’t work for all, the manual, indiscriminate ways of recruiting patients into studies has failed. Instead of being a highly valuable gatekeeper to innovation in medicine, clinical trials have often become a bottleneck.


Deep 6 AI brings the power of AI to the explosion of clinical patient data following a decade of digitization and wide-spread adoption of EMRs. Our Precision Matching software mines millions of patient records, including “unstructured” physician notes, to pin-point eligible study patients in real-time. Deep 6 eliminates months of manual data validation, to de-risk and accelerate clinical trials. Because clinical trials should be a gatekeeper (accelerator), not a bottleneck to innovation.


We are hiring a uniquely talented leader of demand generation to build our pipeline, as well as identify creative new solutions to help us grow. This role combines creativity with in-depth knowledge of marketing best practices, testing and tools.


What will this position do? 

You will be in charge of all growth, including events, online advertising, email programs, offline programs and working with our outsourced SDR firm. This may include implementing A/B or multivariate testing, dreaming up new calls-to-action or trying some crazy new campaigns. You’ll work with the rest of marketing to determine new ways to bring leads to our sales teams. You will make our customer’s experience with our web properties awesome and fun. You’ll work with the Communications & Content team to develop new content that will increase conversion.

  • Experience: you’ve run top of funnel campaigns and you know how to generate leads and increase conversion. 
  • Confidence: you trust your abilities and would rather ask for forgiveness than permission. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and executive top of funnel campaigns for both healthcare and life sciences sales teams. 
  • Collaborate with channel-specific marketing teammates (blogging, email, social media, etc.) to identify areas for growth. 
  • Propose creative new projects, from building free tools and apps that attract prospects and convert leads to testing new approaches to capturing existing demand. 
  • Measure and optimize these projects, reporting results and proposing improved ways of operating based on the data. 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in digital marketing. 

Qualifications

  • Thorough knowledge of modern marketing practices.
  • You are a problem solver and experimenter and never stop thinking about getting new leads in the door 
  • Have run offline marketing campaigns such as print ads or direct mail 
  • Experience working with SDR teams 
  • Proficient in Google, LinkedIn and Facebook Ads and other ad platforms 
  • History running a hectic event program 
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and A/B testing tools. 
  • * Qualifications is such a strong word. We don’t necessarily expect to find a candidate that has done everything we’ve listed, but you should be able to make a credible case that you’ve done most of it and are ready for the challenge of adding some new things to your resume.
