WorkReduce, the largest technology-enabled services provider for the media buying industry, is looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Strategist. 

This is a full-time, hourly, temporary role lasting approximately three months with a high possibility of extension. The Social Media Manager & Content Strategist will set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.

What we’d like you to do:

• Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
• Work with creative teams to develop social content
• Utilize social listening tools to monitor marketing efforts
• Execute posting to social channels and overall management of pages
• Work hand-in-hand with social strategist and paid social specialists to ensure alignment of strategy and cohesiveness of processes
• Interact with influencers and create opportunities to share content
• Track how content is being shared – grow hashtag and product mentions
• Measure the impact of all organic social engagement and growth and share with key stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands (organic/paid strategy and social community management)
• Ability to generate content strategy for current and prospective clients
• Manage data and analysis to present metrics across social media channels 
• Proven experience working with influencers
• Experience using social listening tools
• Client facing experience with the ability to identify risks and effectively manage through issues
• Previous leadership and/or experience in beauty/fashion/hair is a plus
• Previous agency experience highly preferred
• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
