Make Your Mark:
We are looking for someone that will be comfortable being a leader in a high-energy and fast-paced environment. As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be aligned to a segment of our sales team (Mid-Market) and will play a pivotal role in building and executing marketing strategies and programs in support of business growth objectives in North America. With a demonstrated track record of managing and delivering marketing campaigns on time and on budget, you will work directly with Business Development, Sales, and Internal Support leaders to help meet or exceed meeting, opportunity, and pipeline goals.
You'll Get To:

  • Build regional and quarterly strategic marketing plans aligned to sales priorities and revenue targets
  • Deliver integrated top-of-the-funnel and mid-funnel marketing programs that drive meeting, opportunity, and pipeline growth
  • Drive campaigns that meet KPIs utilizing assets, white papers, blogs, webinars, digital, direct mail, and e-Gifting platforms
  • Collaborate with strategic partners and internal shared resources (such as Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Web, Events, Online, and PR) to develop marketing programs that stay within SLA timing
  • Use knowledge of the competitive and market trends affecting the business to inform the creation ofprograms and campaigns
  • Seek new and creative ways to promote our brand and engage audiences, both internally and externally
  • Oversee webinars, events, and trade shows, both online and in-person, including speaker proposals, contracting, and logistics.
  • Write promotional content for emails and landing pages, working with the marketing operations teams to execute
  • Partner with the digital and web team to drive social, SEO, and SEM activities that ensure success and increased share of voice
  • Create training materials and host workshops to educate others on the use of campaign tools
  • Communicate our plans and results to our SVP, RVPs, and sales teams on a weekly basis
  • Monitor and report metrics on campaigns, including post-event analysis, to internal management. Use data collected to inform design of future campaigns and programs.
  • Manage quarterly budget, expenses, and forecasting to within 5%+ or- target
  • Perform other duties as assigned


What You'll Bring:
Years of Experience in Related Field: 5-7 years Marketing, preferably Field Marketing experience, with a minimum of three years of experience in marketing B2B software
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field and/or equivalent work experience
Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Wrike, On24, Cvent, Sendoso, etc
  • Experienced in using CRM and Marketing Automation software, such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Outreach
  • Excellent project and vendor management abilities, with experience in using project management tools such as Wrike.
  • Experienced in managing trade shows and events, online and in-person, with knowledge of tools like On24 or Cvent.
  • Proven success in developing and managing demand generation campaigns, utilizing digital, direct mail, and e-Gifting platforms such as Sendoso, Loop and Tie, Sugarwish, or Alyce


Other:

  • Have strong organizational and execution skills, attention to detail, and a keen appreciation for the importance of setting objectives, activity tracking, and reporting using tools like Salesforce or Tableau
  • Ability to create compelling written email and landing page content, with a good eye for editing and proofreading
  • Strong and effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary Range:
USD $101,900.00 - USD $144,700.00
Pay Transparency Statement:
Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
