The Job:

Join a dynamic, fast-paced environment and be responsible for acquisition and engagement email programming. This position will have the opportunity to plan, coordinate and execute both acquisition and engagement email programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, as well as the ability to both think strategically and hit tight delivery timelines on a high volume email program

We Will Depend On This Person To:

Own: 

o Building, QAing, and deploying all outgoing communications over email, push, SMS, in-app messaging and retention-based direct mail.

Optimizing and iterating owned channels messaging portfolio, from brand campaigns to retail and seasonal campaigns.

o An active role in A/B testing; take an innovative approach to both marketing and retention-focused campaigns

o Actively driving customer segmentation and tailoring all communications to different customer segments. Maintaining and optimizing segmentation, email subscriber lists, and profile data.

Learn: 

o How to evolve our owned channels to improve the RepairSmith customer experience. This is a growing team where communication over owned channels from email to push is critical to how we operate, educate, and drive revenue for RepairSmith.

Spearhead: 

o Overall customer journey with the intent to maximize retention and customer LTV’s. This includes on-boarding-, lead drip, win-back and any other relevant campaigns to fulfill said goals

Project Manage: 

o Email cycle creative updates, working across Creative, Branding and Product teams, and serve as a critical liaison across all levels of the organization.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • BA/BS from an accredited university with 5+ years of work experience at a high growth company.
  • Highly detail oriented and organized. Diligent about precision and ensuring deliverables are completed on time
  • Thrived in a fast-paced environment and excellent at multitasking
  • Excelled in project management and communication. Works collaboratively to build relationships and achieve goals with business partners
  • Must have experience working on mobile app communications including push notifications and marketing controlled in-app messages
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple deadlines
  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop or Sketch, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Braze and a vendor like Return Path on email deliverability
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS, reporting visualization tools like Looker
  • Experience managing SMS with Twilio a plus
  • Experience with server-side triggered email a plus
