About the Role


The Senior Manager of Marketing Operations will oversee and execute on B2C and B2B Marketing Campaigns provided by the Brand, Product, and Marketing teams. Day one will require that you jump into the fold and start to understand how campaigns are requested and how they should be executed. As a leader in this space, you will continually refine this process with the goal of scaling requests and automating campaigns. You will report to the Director of Marketing Technology at Nextbite, your role will provide guidance and expertise to a team looking to grow and scale campaigns based on learnings from data. Be prepared to provide examples of campaign execution, workflow automation, scale, and data flow management.

The impact you will have:

  • Document, refine, and socialize best practices for campaign automation across a variety of channels; including but not limited to: email, SMS, push, direct mail, SEM, SEO, social media, etc.
  • Serve as a super-user and product evangelist for a variety of digital tools
  • Identify upcoming opportunities and trends from campaigns to software
  • Oversee training of marketing software and experience deploying self-service capabilities
  • Know the priorities when it comes to tracking and measuring marketing performance and oversee the ability to derive intelligence and actionable insights for marketing teams
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify vendors, audit solutions, and implement the investments and tools to scale marketing initiatives
  • Identify areas of growth and staffing needs

What you bring to the role:

  • 6+ years' managing Marketing Operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in applicable field
  • You must be a self-starter and show that you can navigate an organization to find answers
  • If answers are not available, you need to show that you can provide options and recommendations
  • Demonstrates effective tactical execution and scale
  • Proven success in managing teams
  • Stellar communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working with multiple enterprise stakeholders and ability to build consensus
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the marketing technology tools for both B2C and B2B organizations
  • Team leadership and project management experience, especially cross-disciplinary and cross-organizational teams
