Founded in 2011, MeUndies disrupted the $110B underwear industry when it launched the first online underwear subscription. Through the years the brand has inspired a passionate community of undie-obsessed individuals with its bold, comfortable products.

Today MeUndies has sold more than twenty million pairs of underwear and is profitable with double-digit YoY growth. It continues to redefine the subscription market by evolving the transactional subscription to a membership centered on community and its relationship with the brand.

The innovative direct-to-consumer brand offers multiple purchasing options including singles, packs, matching pairs and its monthly membership. It opened its first flagship store in Los Angeles in 2018.

We’re looking for a proactive and hardworking Manager of Growth Marketing who will help us drive efficient customer acquisition while aggressively experimenting and scaling digital marketing channels. This individual should have deep digital channel expertise and the ability to lead a team.


What You’ll Do 

  • Manage and mentor a team of highly-capable digital growth marketers while owning day-to-day operation (planning, budget pacing, goal setting, etc.) of key performance marketing programs Facebook & Instagram, Snapchat and Reddit; Drive short and long term strategy
  • Maintain, scale and improve current acquisition channel efficiency through testing and optimization and develop best practices across digital marketing disciplines including, but not limited to SEM, SEO, Influencer, Paid Social, Display, Native and other programmatic digital channels
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and partners, working hands on as the key brand stakeholder to ensure business alignment and facilitate reporting and billing processes
  • Relentlessly forecast & reoptimize to a budget and communicate to guid partners to success
  • Be the team’s go-to expert in the programmatic space including: audience targeting capabilities, bidding strategies, ad serving, tracking, view-ability and verification, brand safety, and attribution
  • Implement various testing methodologies (A/B, Lift, multivariate, etc.) across ads, audiences and landing pages and perform quantitative analysis to recommend a go-forward plan
  • Deliver innovative creative briefs that produce effective ads, ensuring best practices are met, generating new concepts and communicating findings in a way that leverages ad creative to improve channel performance
  • Maintain and optimize product feeds for product-based marketing efforts
  • Leverage your domain expertise, test design skills, stakeholder management, and creativity to collaborate with offline counterpart and develop an effective omni-channel, full funnel strategy
  • Vet, expand and implement tooling used by the Acquisition team to improve workflow efficiencies and harness new intelligence
  • Comfortably communicate high level strategy, learnings and challenges with senior management

What You Have: 

  • A desire to dig in as an individual contributor, but also the ability to lead, influence and inspire rising talent
  • 5+ years experience with several years of direct experience running multi-channel paid digital strategy - including paid search and paid social, ideally for a eCommerce brand
  • Excellent track record of achieving performance marketing goals with an analytical approach to decision-making and experience managing multi-million dollar monthly media budgets
  • Knowledge of performance KPIs, understanding relationships or non-relationships between KPIs & the levers that affect every component
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities; confident under pressure and grows and learns from challenging experiences; understanding of interpersonal and group dynamics with the ability to react in an effective manner
  • Excellent project management skills with an ability to set and achieve goals, meet deadlines, collaborate with cross-functional partners, pivot strategy and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A proven ability to obtain clear ideas from complex information and communicate them to a diverse set of stakeholders in a way they will understand
  • Excel and data manipulation skills to build visualizations, financial models & reimagine reports; a familiarity with data visualization software: Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, DOMO, etc.
  • Deep familiarity with tracking and measurement solutions, a thoughtful perspective on attribution methodologies
  • A test and learn mindset; Experience with testing new channels as well as exploring new strategies and tactics to scale existing channels

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with DTC e-commerce and/or subscription business models
  • Experience with advanced measurement solutions and/or multi-touch attribution models
  • Familiarity with systems/tools used around the org - Google Analytics, Heap, Segment, Asana, Looker, BazaarVoice, Iterable, Channable
  • Basic HTML, CSS, and Javascript knowledge to identify technical issues
  • Experience with Influencer Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, and/or Programmatic Display, Video or Native channels
