About the Role


As Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead the Growth Marketing function at Nextbite, developing and executing growth marketing strategies in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment. You will take charge in ensuring that we are reaching audiences at the right time, through the right channel, with the right message across a portfolio of brands. You will be responsible for all planning, implementing, managing, and reporting across channels to reach customer acquisition goals while driving brand awareness. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate growth marketer to have ownership in driving big impact and be at the forefront of the delivery-only restaurant revolution.

The impact you will have:

  • Develop full lifecycle marketing strategy from awareness to retention, determining KPIs, establishing reporting, and managing channel performance and measurement
  • Execute and optimize customer acquisition and retention campaigns on digital and offline channels, including but not limited to SEM, SEO, social, display, and direct mail
  • Implement channel best practices, identify optimization opportunities using data, and architect ambitious test plans
  • Closely monitor campaign performance across all channels, deriving insights to further improve performance and deliver on KPI targets
  • Manage budgets and campaigns across all performance marketing channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
  • Work with external agencies to help shape strategy to achieve acquisition/retention goals and ROAS targets
  • Impact success by assisting in the future buildout of a Growth Marketing team

What you bring to the role:

  • 6+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or Analytical field preferred
  • Experience running campaigns across multiple platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, Snap, TikTok, YouTube, Google, etc.) and experience with offline (e.g. Podcast, audio, video) channels
  • Extensive experience designing and implementing A/B and multivariate tests
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of turning data and information into actionable insights
  • Goal-oriented strategic thinking with a proven track record of taking ownership and driving results; startup attitude and a passion for building new campaigns and programs
  • Resourceful problem-solving aptitude with a can-do attitude who can work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing environments
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented disposition with ability to comfortably handle multiple ongoing programs with varying priorities, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Effective relationship-building skills with professional savvy and organizational agility to get work done cross-functionally
