About the Job

  • Unlock insights and value for Fortune 500 marketers and their agencies 
  • Improve campaign efficiency and increase sales
  • Bridge data and tech teams with clients to advise on capabilities and identify high value use cases
  • Lead a team of Enterprise Client Success Managers that are dedicated to delivering successful outcomes for users of our platform
  • Identify feature requests and product improvements by engaging with clients
  • Be able to diagnose problems, troubleshoot and solve technical issues that arise for clients

Required experience

  • 10+ years leading cross-functional account support and data teams 
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
  • Stellar understanding of adtech ecosystem, linear, streaming and digital advertising
  • Experienced in SaaS solutions that automate traditional media planning, measurement and activations
  • Ability to think critically about both client needs and internal solutions
