About the Role and Your Impact: 

Emotive is looking for a Senior Director of Growth to develop our acquisition strategy, manage all of our paid channels and conversion rate optimization. You will focus on growing several key product lines and building out important growth channels. This role will report to the Senior Vice President of Marketing and will also have the opportunity to hire and manage a team.

How You Will Contribute:

  • Own entire acquisition strategy for multiple products across all paid channels 
  • Be a significant contributor to company revenue, leads, pipeline and drive improvements in Marketing efficiency 
  • Grow existing paid channels (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc) and explore opportunities to expand into new channels while developing a robust and prioritized testing roadmap
  • Create a plan to expand our GTM channels into new areas such as events, influencers and partnerships
  • Build and manage a small team of high-performing growth marketers
  • Work cross-functionally with our internal data science, product and sales teams to achieve our OKRs and company goals
  • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and progress to overall quarterly goals

Skills You Will Bring:

  • 7+ years working in high growth environments 
  • Hands-on experience working on platforms such as Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, etc
  • Previous experience with reporting tools such as, Google Analytics, Tableau, etc
  • Expert analytical skills - ability to analyze data, decipher trends, and develop recommendations
  • Effectively communicate objectives and performance results across senior stakeholders on cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of the customer journey and ability to optimize funnel performance
  • Drive overall media buying processes from forecasting, budgeting, prioritization, campaign execution and optimization
  • Ability to create comprehensive testing framework and plan to drive conversion rate optimization 
  • Experience with acquisition for both B2B and B2C is a huge plus
