I interact with the product and design teams on an as-needed basis throughout the feature development process. Continuously! I joined as a Product Specialist, got promoted to Technical Product Specialist, and then became a Product Manager. Now I run a squad managing a core feature set. Throughout my time here, my bosses have consulted with me on my career goals so it’s been organic and leverages my skills and interests. I feel both supported and challenged.
