Product Marketing Specialist
We are looking for someone to join our small but mighty Product Marketing team who is dedicated to elevating the customer experience by producing high quality communications and content with a thoughtful and attentive approach.
Day to day work involves developing positioning and messaging strategy and close collaboration with product, marketing, sales, and customer success team members to execute. It requires strong writing, marketing design, and project management skills. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Product Marketing and sits within the Product Strategy & Operations department.

What you’ll do:
- Own the internal and external communications for recurring monthly releases
- Craft and evolve the messaging for existing core products to drive adoption and improve in-market positioning
- Lead the Go-To-Market process for new, Core product feature releases
- Manage the product marketing internal knowledge base
- Be a key contributor to cross-functional product experience and GTM initiatives
- Partner with marketing and sales colleagues to develop relevant collateral, assist in demand generation strategies, and conduct competitive analysis
Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:
- BS required, degree in Marketing or Communications preferred
- 2+ years in Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Technical Writing, Sales Engineering, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, or another relevant role at a B2B company.
- Strong writer; you’ve proven your ability to write clearly, match brand voice, and revise work quickly
- Comfortable with marketing design and familiarity with PowerPoint/Google Slides, Keynote, Photoshop a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is crucial
- A team player who is highly motivated and collaborative
- Success in an early-stage tech startup environment with Enterprise/SaaS experience
- Knowledge of Influencer Marketing software, processes, methods, and workflows is a plus
