Position Overview: 

Beyond Limits is looking for a bright, passionate Product Marketing Manager who will play a key role in helping Beyond Limits bring advanced AI solutions to market. The successful candidate will deliver on our vision of a best-in-category brand by building a consistent, trusted relationship with Beyond Limits prospects and customers across every touchpoint. The role requires a person who is analytical, data-driven, technically-oriented, with strong writing and presentation skills coupled with a can-do approach to problem-solving. In this role, you’ll work closely with engineering, R&D, and sales to develop launch strategies and marketing materials for sales, partner, and customer consumption, including product data sheets, sales presentations, and sales tools. The ideal candidate will have a mix of successful communications, sales enablement, and marketing experience in a digital-first environment. You will be a go-to resource responsible for overall positioning and messaging and knowledge about product capabilities and competitors. You will monitor and analyze market trends. You will be a key voice to customers, analysts, sales team and partners, ensuring they get the detailed product information they need from Beyond Limits.

Responsibilities and Job Duties:

  • Plan launch of new solutions and product releases and manage cross-functional implementation of the plans. 
  • Market intelligence – become an expert on target audiences, how they think, messages that appeal to them, and the Beyond Limits brand voice.
  • Develop differentiated messaging, value propositions and competitive positioning for the Beyond Limits portfolio of solutions for specific markets and personas. 
  • Acquire understanding and insight into customer needs, influences, and pain points.
  • Represent the voice of the customer, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the customer’s business, and knowledge of customer engagement with Beyond Limits’ solutions throughout the lifecycle.
  • Know the customer journey and track customer lifetime value including marketing attribution to revenue (in conjunction with sales and digital marketing team).
  • Employ market research and analysis techniques to trial, test and validate new product concepts (such as MVPs, prototypes or demos).
  • Undertake market and competitive analysis & segmentation to identify the best opportunities to grow market presence.
  • Track competitors and compile direct comparisons, drive differentiation of Beyond Limits products for marketing and sales purposes, and influence product roadmaps and pricing. Be the expert on our competition and how to outmaneuver them.
  • Monitor industry trends to inform product strategy.
  • Present Beyond Limits solutions and value propositions at industry trade shows, conferences, and webinars. Engage with and evangelize Beyond Limits solutions to press, media and analysts. Serve as a spokesperson representing the company with prospects, customers, and analysts.
  • Engage customers, partners, analysts and competitors in online communities and social media, leveraging your product marketing and thought leadership. 
  • Leverage your understanding and working knowledge of product management, sales, engineering, and finance teams to ensure teams and their output work together to complement each other and produce the greatest ROI for the company.

 Qualifications and Skills:

  • 8+ years of product marketing, product communications, or similar role. 
  • BA/BS degree with strong academic record or relevant combination of education and experience from an accredited college or university.
  • Strong understanding of marketing, analytics, and application of data-informed decision-making.
  • Able to bridge the gap between complex technology and business audiences.
  • Experience creating and managing the whole spectrum of sales and marketing tools and collateral (websites, presentations, sell sheets, white papers and case studies, demos, training materials) to communicate our value propositions to customers and partners.
  • Strong project and people management skills; ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize workloads, and hit deadlines.
  • Fit into a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Express yourself thoughtfully, effectively, and clearly, including on stage or on camera. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.  

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B technology company.
  • Experience or knowledge about artificial intelligence, data analytics, or business intelligence may be useful.
  • Capable of writing documents that can explain how Beyond Limits solutions work, how they are implemented, operate, and the benefits to customers.
  • Appetite to learn new things. Explore new channels to reach our targets.
  • MBA useful.
  • Travel – domestic and overseas – 20%-30% based on business need.
