We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team and take our growth to the next level. 

This role represents the voice of the player and will drive the foundational brand strategy and insights to guide product development, go-to-market strategy, and ongoing activations and initiatives with cross-functional teams. 

Responsibilities:

• Plan, communicate, and execute the go-to-market strategy for game and game studios
• Be a product expert and advocate, inserting yourself into conversations and establishing yourself as a pillar of knowledge for your product(s)
• Create open lines of communication as a true facilitator, opening communication channels and taking charge to coordinate cross functionally
• Adopt a test and learn approach, looking for new ways to open up the funnel and find and capture new audiences
• Utilize consumer insights, research and other data sources to craft customer profiles and champion he creation of the product position and messaging that caters to those audiences
• Manage cross-functional efforts to execute marketing programs for content releases, brand collaborations, and game launches

Requirements:

• 4+ years of marketing or growth experience at a technology company or a history of success building and scaling a product
• Experience championing cross-functional leadership with Product, Creative Services, and Community teams
• Strong project management skills
• Experience working with and executing marketing strategy
• A great communicator and strategic thinker

Nice to haves:

• Web3 and blockchain industry knowledge 
• Marketing experience at a gaming company

The expected base salary range for this role is based on the location where the employee’s work will be performed and is aligned to one of our three compensation pay range tiers. Base pay is just one part of Mythical’s total compensation package, which is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their efforts and contributions.  This role is also eligible to participate in Mythical’s Corporate Bonus and Equity Plan.

Pay Ranges by Tier:

US Tier 1: $110,000 - $152,000
US Tier 2: $99,000 - $136,000
US Tier 3: $88,000 - $121,000

Locations by Tier:

Tier 1 Locations: San Francisco Bay Area - California
Tier 2 Locations: Remainder of California (outside of the SF Bay Area), Washington state, Massachusetts state, New York state
Tier 3 Locations: All other states outside of California, Washington, Massachusetts, and New York state

The base salary for each successful applicant will be dependent on a variety of factors, including work location, education, qualifications, competencies, relevant work experience, business needs, and market demands. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
